The speaker will introduce the use of AI within a collaborative discovery platform. In a clinical context, he will carry out an overview of the initial processes of discovery with applied examples, namely:
- Real-time creation of cohorts of patients based on inclusion and exclusion criteria;
- Understanding of textual relationships with natural language processing techniques and active learning for the creation of an artificial intelligence bio marker.
The conference will also cover the basic concepts of deep learning and conclude with a discussion about radiomic and the benefit that it could bring to the accessibility of personalized medicine.
